We are switching things up on May 21st so you have the opportunity to grab your lunch in the comfort of your office, Panara, or even your car to hear what Lisa Kruse is going to share with you. Grab a few coworkers to join you too!

As professionals in aging, we all aim to give older adults information and choices about where and how their life will develop. How many times has someone asked you about Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) and you may or may not have known the answer? We would like to use this time today to educate about the many resources available through COA.

COA supports older adults and adults with disabilities in their daily activities. Their programs and services provide help including (but not limited to) in-home care, transitions in care, home delivered meals and transportation. COA also focus's quite a bit on the caregiver – providing support and access to resources.

Lisa Kruse with COA will discuss how these services may be helpful to those you work with during a virtual Lunch and Learn. Join us!

About the Presenter

Count your have’s – not your have-not’s …that’s how I aim to live my life each and every day. And knowing we have more ways to connect than ever, it’s vital to employ clear, concise and intentional communications.

As part of the Communications team at Council on Aging, I am fortunate to support the area’s aging population through straight forward communication. My strengths include writing, content development, overall marketing strategies, time management and flexibility.

During my career, I have communicated for Cincinnati Recreation Commission (on and off since 1999) and 4C for Children (2010-11).

My Public Relations degree from Xavier University perfectly complements the never-ending support of my husband and two children.

I am also a Producer: Fan Experience at the Cincinnati Open (Professional tennis tournament). I lead the Grandstand production team by directing and coordinating on-court entertainment during the breaks from tennis play. It has been the highlight of my summer since 2007.
